**Job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to**:

- Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Taking detailed meeting minutes, filing and submitting reports
- Directing communications between colleagues and customers
- Sending out communications across the organization as needed
- Maintain files, data bases in a confidential manner
- Performing all other duties required by the Operations team
- Analysis of data and understanding of forecasts
- Efficiently capture and record data related to production or operations processes.
- Create and maintain databases or spreadsheets for tracking information.
- Update and manage fulcrum information.
- Monitor customer portal information and make adjustments for accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between various departments or teams within the office**.**

**Requirements**:
Education or equivalent in office administration. (Ideal but not limitation)

Computer Skills: ability to learn new industry-specific software or tools used in production and operations, such as inventory management systems or production planning software.

Strong effective listening, verbal and written communication skills

Adaptability: Being open to change, as the needs and processes production or operations office may evolve

Confidentiality: The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and data.

Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines

Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy when handling documents, data, and administrative tasks.

Ability to multitaskand maintain high organization skills

Data Capturing: Familiarity with database management and record-keeping in excel, as well as the ability to quickly and accurately capturing production-related information, to ensure real-time updates and decision-making support.

Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and address day-to-day operational challenges.

Positive attitude and sense of urgency

Teamwork: Collaborating with other administrative staff, department heads, and production/operations personnel.

Aditionally:

- Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable with a positive attitude
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
