**This is Your Challenge**
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Ultimately, a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
- Key Responsibilities_
Bookkeeping:
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Weekly invoicing
- Customer payment posting, collection, and reminders
- Reconciliation of statements
- Estimate preparation support
- Costing and posting of purchase orders, etc.
Reception:
- Assisting customers with inquiries
- Greet customers and assist with requirements
- Answer phones and direct accordingly
- Assist with supplier deliveries
- Schedule courier pickups
Administration:
- Update and maintain office procedures manual, meeting minutes, etc.
- Order supplies and furniture
- Prepare and print reports as required
- Requirements for Success_
- At least one year experience working in reception/front desk preferred
- Previous experience working in an office administration role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bookkeeping experience an asset
- Quickbooks Online experience preferred
- Attributes_
- Ability to learn quickly and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments
- Able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently
**Work Location & Schedule**

- **Hours** - 8:30am to 5:00pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
