**Position / Job Title: Administrative Assistant**

**Reports To**: Office Manager

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities and Duties will be as mentioned below but not limited to**:

- Represent Quartzco as a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry
- Work with Office team to create an exceptional experience for our customers
- Point of contact with our customers to book appointments
- Support the team in developing processes and policies as required
- Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Tactful and diplomatic communicator able to exchange ideas and information with team members in a concise and logical way
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM software
- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
