**Company Description**

This is a hybrid role, based from our LGC Standards site in Toronto.

**What You'll Do**:

- Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across both Technical (Life Sciences) and Manufacturing functions, advising on hiring strategy and processes.
- Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them.
- Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisition.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Life Science or Technology industry.
- Experience with high volume recruitment (warehouse/manufacturing) is beneficial.
- Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting talent in niche areas.
- Sequential and data-driven mindset.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and time-sensitive hiring challenges.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
