What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
- Design, develop, and deliver administration processes to fulfill the needs of various internal teams
- Develop and nurture a culture of safety, quality, service, efficiency, and consistency
- Identify process gaps or non-compliance of field teams and train and educate teams as needed
- Manage daily, monthly, and yearly objectives within budget
- Train, coach and develop administrative team members
- Lead cross-functional projects to continuously improve administrative effectiveness and efficiency
- Define, measure and report on the metrics and effectiveness of the company’s administrative processes
- Manage and support systems (i.e., SAP, BizTalk, CRM and ImageNow) used by Central Admin to manage work
- Provide analytical support to evaluate alternative solutions to resolve administrative challenges

What do you bring?

- Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent work experience in an administrative environment
- 1-3 years previous experience managing and motivating a team, preferably in a customer service setting
- Strong bias for action and drive to succeed. Capacity to achieve a high level of individual and team performance by focusing on targets and objectives
- Proven track record of driving continuous process improvements to maximize productivity and efficiency while minimizing operational risk and cost
- Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders drawing on highly developed persuasion, negotiation and influencing abilities
- Proven background in developing, delivering, and evaluating administrative processes
- Strong project management, financial analysis, and logístical thinking skills
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel - vlookups, pivot tables, etc.
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- AR experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
