At Pro Skills Driving School, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office environment, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, instructors, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as event planning, marketing campaigns, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
