The Administrative Coordinator role at PRO SKILLS DRIVING SCHOOL is a crucial position that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
About the RoleThis permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask. Fluency in English is required.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency.
- Delegate tasks to support staff and ensure procedures are followed.
- Establish work priorities and manage budgets to meet deadlines.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government legislation.
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
