- Maintain meticulous records of all submissions, tracking outcomes and providing timely updates to management.
- Manage general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and professional correspondence.
- Maintain and update databases related to projects and tenders, ensuring data integrity.
- Proactively track submission timelines, coordinating reminders and follow-ups with relevant departments.
- Assist in developing and refining processes for more efficient and effective tender management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in submitting RFPs and tenders online is **mandatory**.
- Strong understanding of online submission platforms and tender management processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
