Tribeca Group is a fast-growing manufacturer of sportswear with a focus on branded promotional products and corporate sportswear. Located in North York (Allen Road and Sheppard), we are immediately looking for an entry level Accounting Clerk/ Administrative Assistant with a great attitude, good phone manner, and proven skills in an office environment.

We're looking for that very special person, who is genuinely friendly, and likes working with people and has a great command of teh English language

We have an immediate entry level full-time opening for an entry Level **Accounting Clerk /Admin Assistant**
- A University or College Education
- **Must have Knowledge of the QuickBooks Accounting Software**:

- Strong Communication skills and a friendly voice manner
- Extremely good organizational skills
- The ability to work well in a busy environment
- Multi-tasking abilities and take great pride in “attention to detail”.
- A car to drive to and from work is an asset but not necessary

We are willing to interview and consider Graduating students and offer a great and friendly training opportunity.
- **This is a perfect position for those Needing Work Experience to complete their CPA requirements, as we can assist with that process, and complete the necessary evaluation for the CPA program**_

- Prepare bank and credit card reports, prepare payroll, prepare sales tax returns, prepare payroll tax returns, and prepare bank deposits.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare weekly payroll tax returns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or owner.
- Provide general office support to other employees.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for various companies.
