**AML Operations** establishes processes to identify unusual and suspicious activities and transactions at the Bank, enterprise-wide. The centralized team manages the daily activities related to Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy, Enhanced Due Diligence, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption. Roles help to support compliance in these areas and other legislation in each jurisdiction where TD operates.

**Job Details**

The AML Operations Representative II provides a broad range of AML operations support which includes the ability to perform general to more specialized AML detection activities as well as review of transactions or other processing activity for the functional area within AML Operations.

**As an AML Operations Representative II, you will**:

- Perform a variety of AML research and information-gathering activities as part of AML regulations
- Follow generally defined procedures and investigate assigned problems to identify and implement solutions
- Review banking transactions to ensure they are within the Bank and regulatory thresholds and guidelines
- Scope of work involves broad tasks, straightforward problems and some activities with multiple steps or atypical issues requiring greater process knowledge
- Keep others informed about all relevant and useful activity each day
- Complete investigations - raise non-standard or high-risk activities as necessary for further review
- Find opportunities to improve service delivery and support operational improvement
- Ensure due diligence to support the accuracy of all transactions/activities
- Require process knowledge and expertise for low to moderate-risk transactions and activities
- Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment
- Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and TD, both internally and externally
