**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing detailed information on program and/or course eligibility requirements, procedures, policies and deadlines
- Resolving issues that may occur during events and escalating problems as required
- Coordinating the recruitment of teaching assistants, course instructors, sessional lecturers and/or stipend instructors
- Coordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders
- Keeping well-informed on policies, rules, regulations and guidelines
- Generating reports
- Updating and maintaining records
- Serving as a resource to others by providing (non-supervisory) job-related guidance

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years of recent and related experience in a University setting in the areas of graduate program administration and/or graduate awards.
- Experience working with ROSI, ROSI Express and Degree Explorer, or other related student information systems.
- Experience with coordinating Teaching Assistantships.
- Knowledge of School of Graduate Studies policies and procedures.
- Experience providing student program support, for example, coordinating examination timetables, calculating student grades, scheduling timetables, checking course prerequisites prior to student enrolment, maintaining student records and reporting and other related student administrative duties.
- Experience conducting data analysis, compiling data and preparing reports.
- Experience coordinating the recruitment of teaching assistants, course instructors, sessional lecturers and/or stipend instructors.
- Experience administering the awards process.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Highly developed planning and organizational skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities successfully.

- Experience using the Faculty of Arts and Science TAShip portal or other related systems.
- Experience advising students on program and/or course requirements by probing and providing a range of options and possible consequences.
