**The Opportunity**

Introhive is currently looking for our next Customer Success Coordinator to join the Hive We are a growing organization with loads of opportunity and a varied day-day that would keep anyone engaged and excited This position can be located remotely within Canada or the US. The Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going success, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring retention.

**Responsibilities**

The CSC will be expected to:

- Work with clients to establish critical goals
- Drive customer toward full value realization
- Deepen customer relationships and create new ones
- Manage account escalation
- Monitor account health; take action to improve health and/or mitigate risk
- Nurture customers for advocacy
- Drive product adoption
- Cross-functional collaboration on projects and systems
- Renewals & upsells

We are seeking someone who is able to acquire an intimate knowledge of the Introhive product sets and be able to translate business requirements into solutions that deliver client satisfaction and ensure a positive client experience every time.

Lastly, we are seeking someone who is action-oriented and comfortable contributing to the development of company goals, growth and profitability targets by being an active member of the Introhive team and culture.

**Qualifications**
- 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor Degree in Business and Administration or equivalent
