We’re actively looking for **Business Development Representatives** to join our growing team

**What will I do?**

As an **Business Development Representative,** you will assist in developing new business for PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd. through actively cold/warm calling prospective clients.

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Source new sales opportunities by generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings (leads are provided).
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
- Maintain the database of prospective client information

**What we need from you**:

- Previous B2B cold calling experience is an asset
- Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls daily
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

**Other Details**
- Must be punctual and successfully complete two (2) weeks of PACE University paid training program, held virtually.
