Mission of the Role: The mission for the Business Development Representative is to find client potentials that are a fit for JIG and can truly benefit from our services.

Responsibilities includes*
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- You will have the ability to write persuasive proposals and communications.
- Experience selling to small businesses and associations
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent time management, pipeline management & revenue management expertise
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Work Outlook (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
