**Position Summary**:
The Project Coordinator - Operations will report to the Senior Manager Project Operations, Concert Infrastructure located in Toronto, and will work closely with the broader Concert Infrastructure team to support the oversight and management of Public Private Partnership (P3) infrastructure facility operations, maintenance, and lifecycle obligations. The role may also assist in other business functions.

**What you'll be doing**:
Facility Operations
- Assist the Senior Manager in working with P3 project facility management (FM) provider(s) with the development of site specific operational plans, policies and procedures;
- Support the Senior Manager in their responsibilities as the point of contact between Concert Infrastructure, the client and the consortia team during the concession operations period to resolve and manage contractual issues relating to FM;
- Support the monitoring of the performance of the FM provider(s) to ensure that service level targets and lifecycle obligations as set out in PA are met;
- Support, participate, and facilitate in various meetings as required, including but not necessarily limited to FM, utility and security committees or sub-committees required under the PA;
- Support monthly performance reporting as required by the PA;
- Preparation of review, and tracking of, projects variations and changes;
- Review monthly performance reports to ensure the information is useful and consistent with the reporting requirements under the PA;
- Review invoicing with the Concert Infrastructure Finance team to facilitate timely submission of all monthly invoices;
- Work closely with Concert Infrastructure’s other lines of business including Finance, Accounting, and Project Development

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of project management, facility operational or commercial experience managing institutional facilities;
- Knowledge of public-private partnership projects is considered an asset;
- The following credentials would be considered an asset; FMP, PMP, PPM, BOMA, CHES, LEED
- Demonstrated experience in supporting project management and working to strict deadlines as a part of a team;
- Knowledge of building design standards, FM practices and reporting systems;
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to negotiate effectively with tact and diplomacy;
- Strong business acumen and judgment are crucial;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
- Proven relationship building skills;
- Ability and willingness to travel to various project sites across Canada as needed.
