Effective April 1, 2024 the salary range for this position is $76,231 to $109,842 per year in compliance with AMAPCEO collective agreement provisions. **What can I expect to do in this role?**: In this role, you will:

- support and coordinate project reporting, production and approval of project deliverables
- work with a cross functional fusion team, to ensure project deliverables are consistent with the appropriate quality assurance and quality control requirements and government and ministry standards
- participate in the ongoing development of appropriate project management policies and guidelines as required
- support the end-to-end procurement of resources and vendor services, including the management of performance and contracts
- design and implement project management templates / tools to track projects progress and status
- maintain library of all project deliverables to ensure they are effectively tracked
- develop operational plans including key projects
- monitor project status, obtain updates from stakeholders and/or project team members, presenting risks and issues to management team
- lead daily stand-ups including the facilitation of resolving roadblocks
- manage risk, issue, action, decision logs
- ensure momentum of project actives, by leading the triaging and assessment of all project deliverables and tasks
- facilitate technical coordination of deployments

**How do I qualify?**:
**Project Management Skills**: You have:

- knowledge and experience in project management to ensure tasks are performed within time and resource requirements, and to coordinate major project life cycles
- knowledge of OPS and/or industry standard project management processes and best practices to provide expert advice, guidance and assistance to project managers, and provide quality assurance
- knowledge of the use of project management tools to guide and assist project managers in managing project information and processes
- knowledge to manage and maintain project and operational budgets, conduct resource forecasting, and provide financial/resource reports to management

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: You can:

- prepare learning and presentation materials to inform clients on project management direction and services
- prepare informational memos on behalf of senior management for distribution to clients and to participate in meetings and conferences, as a branch representative
- support stakeholders regarding project management services and direction, and to provide information to clients on project/portfolio and governance options
- resolve project management issues and problems
- lead coordination of critical project meetings, schedules, and key milestones
- facilitate client pipeline and intake management, coordinating client requests, scheduling demos, and maintaining stakeholder communication and materials

**Digital Proficiency**: You have:

- knowledge of issues management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOPS)
