Sensyst is proud to provide office furniture, interior space planning and commercial interior design services in the Greater Toronto Area, across Canada and in the USA.
We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail oriented individual, with an interest in commercial design and office furniture to join our team as a **Sales Coordinator.**
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide Sales and Business Development Support
- Prepare Furniture and Design Sales Proposals, from information gathering to quote and presentation preparation.
- Review Quotations for accuracy of products and pricing
- Manage and coordinate deadlines for the furniture team
- Coordinate the communication process, including preparing client meeting notes, tracking projects, and ensuring team members are on task
- Gathering client feedback on job progress and final installation
- Sales and Furniture Logistics, including ordering and delivering samples, preparing presentation boards, site verification and site photos

- Strong teamwork skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow-through
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Creative and thoughtful attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with mínimal to no supervision
**Salary/Compensation**
- Based on experience
**Education, experience, and other requirements**
- Degree / Diploma from a recognized education institute
- 2 to 3 years of working experience working in a sales, commercial furniture, or design environment
- A strong interest in commercial furniture and corporate design
- Commercial Furniture knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Valid drivers' licence and access to a vehicle for site visits and client meetings
