Sales Coordinator

We are looking to fill a permanent full-time** Sales Coordinator **position at our Mississauga offices.
**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Corporate Accounts Supervisor, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting Outside Senior Sales Representatives with day-to-day administrative tasks, customer service support as well as supporting others in the sales team.
**More specifically, your main tasks will be**:
- Assistant to the Sales Manager
- Supporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services.
- Assisting with preparations for trade shows and conventions and attending them.
- Making monthly meeting arrangements.
- Administering and arranging training courses for internal employees.
- Supporting efforts to coordinate orders and ensuring completion of process.
- Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical, and clerical tasks.
- Liaison between sales and purchasing.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator, Order Entry, or corporate Customer Service role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.
- Good interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently when needed.
- Demonstrate strong time management.
- Hands on approach to problem solving.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work well with all internal personnel, outside clients and vendors.
