Sales Coordinator

We are looking to fill a permanent full-time Sales Coordinator position at our Mississauga offices.Position Overview: Reporting to the Corporate Accounts Supervisor, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting Outside Senior Sales Representatives with day-to-day administrative tasks, customer service support as well as supporting others in the sales team. More specifically, your main tasks will be:Assistant to the Sales ManagerSupporting the sales department with the promotion of company products and services.Assisting with preparations for trade shows and conventions and attending them.Making monthly meeting arrangements.Administering and arranging training courses for internal employees.Supporting efforts to coordinate orders and ensuring completion of process.Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical, and clerical tasks.Liaison between sales and purchasing.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Requirements:2+ years' experience in a Sales Coordinator, Order Entry, or corporate Customer Service role.Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.Good interpersonal communication and organization skillsAbility to multi-task with an attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a team and also independently when needed. Demonstrate strong time management.Hands on approach to problem solving.Excellent customer service skillsAble to work well with all internal personnel, outside clients and vendors.Who are we?Richelieu Hardware is a North American leader and an agent for change in a dynamic and creative industry.
