### How you will be Successful
- Greet and welcome visitors in a positive and professional manner
- Coordinate Outlook calendars and prepare meeting rooms for in-office meetings
(May include organizing food and beverage, presentation set-up, and provide IT assistance.)
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls.
- Share responsibility of keeping the kitchen/café area tidy, well stocked, and dishwasher loaded/unloaded with Co-Office Coordinator
- Provide administrative support to Training & Quality Specialist
- Provide administrative support to senior personnel for Speaker Series and Lunch & Learns
- Track license renewal report and provide reminders to colleagues while ensuring all renewals are paid on time
- Coordinate registration of various events and sponsorships
- Manage facility requests, access cards, and overall office maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
### Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
