unitiiPM is seeking a part-time Property Administrator to join our growing team. This position will work at our Edmonton office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with on-site Building Managers and Property Managers to maintain optimum occupancy
- Issuing of purchase orders for services in the absence of the Property Manager, turnover, Blue Pest etc.
- Tracking and ensuring timeliness of leases, renewals
- Uploading documents onto the shared drive and manual filing
- Maintaining positive professional relationships with owners, residents, and team members
- Overseeing collections - bad debt
- Set up PAD agreements and PAD pulls
- Lease renewal letters
- Lease audits - Utilize checklists
- Assist property managers
- Assist building managers
- Charge backs including estimated charges on the end of the tenancy
- Turnover sheets
- Upload Leases into Yardi, Condition reports, Applications, and shared point
- Approving and submitting friend referrals
- Answering resident questions and requests
- Setting up and assisting tenants with the rental portal
- Filing deposit slips
- Deposit Accounting
- Lease takeovers
- Notifying tenants about NSFs
- Assisting Customers that visit the office
- Other duties as required
