As the Paid Search & Digital Analytics Consultant, you will lead the effectiveness of Co-operators’ paid search performance across multiple lines of business.

**How you will create impact**:

- Assist team in defining strategic objectives and budgets for paid search (SEM) across multi lines of business primarily on Google Ads, Bing.
- Forecast expectations around conversion results (Ad Spend, CPC, CPL, CPA, Impression Share) and track against goals to ensure high ROI.
- Conduct regular management and optimization of paid search campaigns to identify opportunities to improve performance in concert with our agency partners.
- Monitor tracking and performance using analytics tools from Google Analytics, Facebook, Google Tag Manager to explain and share results.
- Assist and drive keyword research, ad copy, ad creative, and generate reports measuring against key KPIs.
- Monitor performance, pacing, keyword research, SEM audits and provide detailed actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with team and agency partners to report on campaign performance and budget allocations in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Consultant.
- Identify and respond to campaign concerns proactively and organize support, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues.
- Strive to continuously improve SEM performance by capturing and analyzing the appropriate marketing data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information as needed. Utilize A/B and multivariate testing, as required.

**To join our team**:

- You have 5+ years of experience in Paid Search activities, including tools and technologies to measure and track effectiveness.
- You have a post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology or Marketing.
- You have in-depth and working knowledge of digital advertising and analytics platforms.
- You have in-depth and working knowledge of tagging and measuring behavioral and conversion events using tag management tools.
