**The Position**:
Neelands is searching for a Project Manager, Sheet Metal Construction to join our team in Burlington, Ontario. This role will report into the Senior Manager, HVAC Construction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing construction jobs across southwestern Ontario
- Assisting in managing HVAC installation projects
- Preparing various types of proposals
- Managing teams for commercial and light industrial facilities installations, renovations, and design builds installations, renovations, and design builds
- Preparing budget estimates and construction costs for mechanical requirements
- Ensuring timely delivery of services, materials, and equipment
- Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the project
- Preparing specifications and technical reports
- Tracking and maintaining detailed files for site-specific activities
- Issuing purchase orders and ordering of equipment

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HVAC Commercial industry (preferably as a 308A Mechanic)
- Working knowledge of HVAC Construction, sheet metal, refrigeration, and electrical Installation
- Expertise in construction codes applicable to mechanical building systems
- Microsoft office suite is considered an asset
- Proficiency with technical writing is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an asset
