IMP Digital Marketing is looking for a Pay-Per-Click Specialist with at least **4+ years of experience**. You will be responsible for managing Paid Advertising campaigns activities such as setup, ad copy, social ads, keyword strategy, and a range of digital marketing activities to achieve goals from CPC and conversions from major search networks and social platforms.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Daily management of 30+ PPC client accounts AdWords and Facebook Ads, budgets ranging from $1000-$20,000/month
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum results in all areas of Search.
- Develop, contribute to, and execute Digital Marketing Strategies
- Track, report, and analyze analytics, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Setup new Adwords and Facebook ad accounts
- Improve results with new ideas and implement KPI's
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
- Perform full website audits.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising Develop and implement link-building strategy.
- Implement changes to campaigns, landing pages, or ads to improve campaign results.

**Skills Needed**:

- 3 Years Proven PPC or related experience
- 3+ Years with Facebook Social Ad Campaigns
- 4+ Years with Google Search and Display Ads
- Solid understanding of key metrics in Digital Marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition in multiple industries and platforms.
- Google AdWords Certification
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console).
- Firm understanding and interest in all aspects of online campaigns from start to finish.
- Working knowledge of popular content management systems (Joomla, Wordpress).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a bonus.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
