Come join our growing team of passionate and professional rubber surfacing experts. As the first North America rubber surfacing installer, we pride ourselves on performance, safety and integrity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Verifying leads, including customers' personal information and installation details.
- Maintaining and updating customer and dealer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma.
- An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
