**About SIRCH**: SIRCH is an innovative non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening individual and community resilience. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Outreach Manager. This role is instrumental in enhancing the visibility of SIRCH's mission and strategic objectives, building and maintaining external partnerships, and driving outreach initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
**Community Engagement and Outreach**:

- Build positive relationships with community organizations and businesses.
- Act as the organization's Ambassador by being visible in the community and supporting corporate and public initiatives.
- Create and implement outreach and engagement strategies to support SIRCH's mission.
- Identify and pursue new partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Write and edit outreach materials, including presentations and newsletters.

**Strategic Marketing**:

- Set specific marketing goals aligned with SIRCH's overarching objectives.
- Design and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic and engage the community.
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics, forecast market trends, and research new opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.

**Brand Training Integration**:

- Integrate brand training into the overall marketing strategy.
- Ensure employees are aware of and aligned with SIRCH's brand promise.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, or provide Brand Guidelines for employees to internalize the company’s history, values, and brand identity.
- Educate employees on how to interact with stakeholders in a way that reflects the brand.

**Strategic Thinking and Leadership**:

- Guide high-level strategy to promote SIRCH's reputation and visibility.
- Shape public and community perceptions positively.
- Enhance and safeguard the organization's brand and reputation.

**Requirements**:

- BA/BSc in Marketing, Communication, or a similar relevant field.
- Previous working experience in Marketing
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Networking aptitude and a strategic thinker.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and brand advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing software, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with data analysis and understanding of SEO.

**Salary**: $23.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
