**Salary**: Competitive base salary + performance based bonus + commission and benefits package

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead & Develop Sales Team**: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, guiding them to achieve sales targets and maximize performance.
- **Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring robust pipeline management and growth in market share.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Performance Management**: Track and analyze key performance metrics, preparing regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for the leadership team.
- **Market Research**: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities to continuously strengthen our market position.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years in sales management, preferably in the industrial services or construction industries.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Skills**: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales performance tools.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
