**Client Relations Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
- Fulfill a variety of complex and time-sensitive administrative duties within tight time frames
- Provide support for customers to support post-sales processes
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Address all product-related queries on time
- Identify solutions to reduce support costs
- Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
- Liaise with the sales department to identify potential new sources of revenue through additional services/products
- For the learners, the Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
- Keep accurate records and document customer interactions, service actions and discussions
- Assist VP of Customer Experience on other tasks required
- Provide in-person office backup for reception/office administrator

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to effectively manage complex tasks simultaneously
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities and address inquiries and requests for information with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong ability to identify problems/issues and troubleshoot resolutions
- Professional and customer service orientation with an ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization
- Self-direction, attention to detail, dependability, and resourcefulness
- Intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- University or college degree, or equivalent experience

**Job Type**: Full time

**Location**: While all employees may currently work from home, in Ontario, you are required to work from the office as needed and attend staff meetings in person on a regular basis.
