Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- setup and onboarding of new clients using our cloud based technology
- Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage tasks, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to provide updates, address concerns, and answer questions
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a client services or account management role preferred
- Knowledge of accounting and tax services industry is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms and their functionalities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
