Unilever Canada recherche un Gestionnaire des Ventes Régional au Détail - Québec et Atlantic sous la direction du Gestionnaire National des Ventes.

Qui êtes-vous et ce que vous ferez:
- Recruter, former et motiver votre équipe de représentants des ventes afin d'améliorer les techniques de ventes, le service-client et l'exécution des tâches pour la Région du Québec et Atlantic.- Surpasser les objectifs établis (KPI’s : key performance indicators):
- Couverture des clients-
- Collecte de données « Perfect Store »-
- Conformité des Planogrammes-
- Distribution des produits-
- Bulletins et plans des ventes-
- Implanter les programmes de marketing, de vente et de marchandisage tout en formulant des recommandations et actions lorsque nécessaire- Travailler en étroite collaboration les gestionnaires de comptes pour développer / exécuter les priorités par bannière- Développer les priorités par bannière pour chaque période (tâches à accomplir pour la force de vente)- Optimisation de la couverture des clients pour accommoder les changements au niveau du détail- Gestion des comptes régionales du Québec et Atlantic

Le titulaire devrait posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication orale/écrite Français et Anglais et les compétences informatiques principalement dans Word, Excel et PowerPoint dans un environnement Windows.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir:
- Le titulaire devrait également détenir une expérience antérieure dans la vente ainsi qu’un diplôme d’études BAC ou l’équivalent en experience de travail.- Un haut niveau d’énergie, un sentiment d’urgence et une volonté de réussir sont essentielles pour ce poste.- Ce poste exige certains déplacements sur une base régulière.
- Unilever Canada is looking for a District Sales Manager - Retail under the direction of the National Sales Manager - Retail.

Who You are and What You'll Do:
- Recruit, train and motivate your team of sales representatives to improve sales techniques, customer service and job performance for the Quebec and Atlantic Regions.- Surpass established objectives (KPI's: key performance indicators):
- Customer and banner coverage-
- "Perfect Store" data collection-
- Planogram compliance-
- Product distribution-
- Bookings & in store sales plans-
- Implement marketing, sales and merchandising programs while formulating recommendations and actions when necessary- Work closely with the National Sales Manager as well as Key Account Managers to develop and execute banner priorities- Develop the priorities by banner for each period (tasks to be accomplished for the sales force)- Optimized customer coverage to accommodate changes at the retail level- Account Management responsibility for Québec and Atlantic regional accounts.

What You'll Need to Succeed- Fully Bilingual - excellent French and English oral & written communication skills- Computer skills primarily in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- 5+ years of previous sales experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience- A high level of energy, a sense of urgency and a drive to succeed are essential for this role.- This position requires some travel on a regular basis.
