District Marketing Manager

The District Marketing Manager reports to the Sr. Regional Manager, Marketing & Culinary, and leads the implementation of marketing programs at multiple accounts within a defined district. The District Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting critical business initiatives, including the activation of corporate marketing and consumer insights programs, creation, and activation of account marketing plans, growing base business, new sales and retention, client value creation, and enhancing Aramark’s brand health.
A nutrition professional looking to combine marketing, health & wellness and/or sustainability experience/credentials in a marketing and business development-oriented role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide recommendations around products, price, merchandising and promotions
- Actively participates in RFP presentation and client retention presentations as required
- Assists in implementation of strategic plans for account retention (and others)
**Support Regional implementation of Culinary, Health & Wellness and Sustainability Programs**:
- Collaborates with the development/regionalization of those programs.
- Ensures that all managers and employees are trained to execute those programs in the region.
- Assists with menu, recipe, and culinary program review & analysis.
- Customize and implement education on-site materials for consumers regarding nutrition and sustainability.
- Conduct, monitor and enforce corrective action on culinary, wellness & sustainability standards, via audits, site visitations and action planning.
**Qualifications**:
- Must possess a valid Quebec Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle - territory travel is 60%-80%
- Registered Dietitian in Quebec with ODNQ
- Bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition or equivalent discipline, with strong interest towards marketing and sustainability matters
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and presentation skills (French and English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Business analysis - ability to track, analyze and present results from program implementation
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities for project management of multiple projects
- Ability to deal with ambiguity - able to get in, assess the situation, identify key players, identify action plan, deliver
- Results oriented - analytical skills and ability to think strategically about the business is essential
