**Business Savvy**: An understanding of franchise models, agreements, and financial metrics to show franchisees the path to success.

**Networking Guru**: A strong network in the real estate industry and the drive to expand it.

**Top-Notch Communicator**: Persuasive, clear, and engaging in presentations, you’re a master of explaining the Keller Williams value.

**Entrepreneurial Mindset**: Strategic, creative, and forward-thinking in growing franchise opportunities.

**Adaptability & Problem Solving**: Ready to overcome challenges, handle objections, and troubleshoot roadblocks.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
