National Key Account Manager

Réseau Fix est à la recherche d'un **Gestionnaire de Compte **capable de prendre fermement le volant et de mener à terme nos projets dans un monde en constante évolution.
Le **Gestionnaire de compte** est le lien essentiel entre le partenaire/client d'assurance et Réseau Fix. Le **Gestionnaire de Compte** sera chargé de travailler avec un partenaire stratégique d'assurance spécifique et sera le principal point de contact pour toutes les questions clés concernant le client, anticipera les besoins du partenaire, travaillera au sein de l'entreprise pour s'assurer que les délais pour le partenaire sont respectés et aidera le partenaire à réussir.
**Une journée dans la vie d'un Gestionnaire de Compte chez Réseau Fix**:
- Développement avec le partenaire stratégique un processus MAP (Mutual Action Plan) qui permet d’atteindre les objectifs de performance du partenaire stratégique d’assurance et de Réseau Fix.
- Développer et établir des relations avec l’équipe de direction du partenaire d’assurance, la direction régionale des fournisseurs, les experts en sinistres.
- Élaborer et présenter des présentations de manière professionnelle et efficace en
- Gestion de la performance et des tableaux de bord, révision des objectifs de volume, révision et mise à jour du plan d’action mutuelle.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaire d’assurance pour identifier les lacunes et les opportunités du marché en fonction du volume par selon les parts de marché réelles et envoyer des mises à jour mensuelles / trimestrielles aux Vice-Président Régional pour aider à identifier les opportunités de marché de croissance potentielles.

- Collaborer avec Vice-Président des ventes sur les initiatives nouvelles et existantes concernant les partenaire stratégique en assurance
- Assurer un leadership qui : favorise la confiance interpersonnelle ; encourage la productivité et la réactivité pour la croissance et l'orientation du service.
- Développer des réseaux et établir des partenariats avec les cadres supérieurs ; collaborer avec d'autres départements ; servir de consultant pour les partenaires externes ; et trouver un terrain d'entente entre les divers intérêts des employés et des partenaires externes.
- Répondre dans un délai raisonnable aux besoins du partenaire stratégique d'assurance tout en maintenant un niveau de qualité élevé.
- Préserver la confidentialité des dossiers.
- S'efforcer d'améliorer continuellement les services et les produits de l'organisation ; évaluer les pratiques de l'organisation afin d'identifier les moyens de fonctionner de manière plus efficace et plus efficiente et de répondre aux besoins sous-jacents des clients.
- Identifier et développer des relations de travail positives avec les clients internes et externes qui sont fondées sur la confiance et l’intégrité. Gérer les situations difficiles ou émotionnelles des clients.
- Déterminer le format et le moyen de communication les plus appropriés pour transmettre l'information afin de maximiser la compréhension du message et de son intention par le public.
- Maintenir une excellente satisfaction pour répondre adéquatement aux attentes du client et solliciter un retour d’information afin d’améliorer le service.
- Au besoin, superviser le travail d’un ou de plusieurs employés indirectement en fonction du marché.
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires
- Cinq à dix ans d'expérience dans les opérations de réparation de carrosserie. Une expérience significative dans la gestion de comptes clés ou complexes est obligatoire.
- Excellentes compétences dans les relations d'affaires.
- Expérience/connaissance des opérations de réparation de collisions
- Connaissances en matière d'assurance de réparation de véhicules
- Compréhension des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) des compagnies d'assurance et des ateliers de réparation.
- Maîtrise d'Excel, de Power Point et de Word
- Expérience de la vente avec des compétences démontrées en matière de négociation et de marketing
- Capacité à adopter une perspective à long terme et à agir en tant que conseiller de confiance
