**Who we are**:
BigSteelBox is Canada’s most diversified shipping container company. We have recently experienced exceptional growth and have exciting expansion plans for the future. To meet this growth, we are looking for a full-time, experienced sales professional to join our growing team for the GTA.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the territory
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers
- Maintain business relationships with existing customers and maximize sales
- Work independently to help drive new business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback
- Attend industry trade shows conferences and events
- Sales prospecting (80%) and account management (20%)
- Research potential customers and identify key decision-makers to help grow BigSteelBox commercial revenue.
- Presenting periodic reports that track progress in the pursuit of business objectives.
- Developing and implementing plans for key regional accounts in order to expand the business for both existing products and new launches.

- MS Office Applications, specifically Excel, and Word, and internal systems

- Maintaining a high degree of commitment to relationship building and customer satisfaction.

**Performance: You have in the past**:

- Grown a territory and existing accounts
- Created and implemented an individual sales plan with a constant improvement approach
- Evaluated the effectiveness of executed plans with a constant improvement approach.
- Dealt with top decision makers and multiple decision makers
- Worked with a long or short sales cycle
- 3 years outside sales experience

**Front of the Line: If you have the experience**:

- 3 years plus outside sales experience
- Have sold to or worked at an equipment rental company or sold into restoration, construction, or similar industries.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM

**Education**:
Minimum High School education.

**Compensation**:
Competitive base salary plus bonus and tremendous earning potential with the ability to earn well in to six figures is why we want to speak. The opportunity is yours for the taking

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
