J**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a high-commission position with immense potential for growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our water ionizers and purifiers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the home appliance or health and wellness industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $175,000.00-$240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
