The People & Culture Business Partner, HRConnect, is part of the People & Culture (P&C) team and is accountable for providing administration support and design of People & Culture processes within the HR system (Ceridian). This position helps to redesign the way the system supports the business while ensuring it provides a streamlined and positive team member experience. This role is also responsible for supporting the administration functions of the bi-weekly pay, in conjunction with the Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Specialist. The People & Culture Business Partner, HRConnect, will be given the opportunity to learn and grow within their role and expand their knowledge surrounding HR Systems and Total Compensation.

Le ou la partenaire commercial de ressources humaines et de culture HRConnect aura la possibilité d’apprendre et de s’épanouir dans son rôle ainsi que d’élargir ses connaissances en matière de systèmes de ressources humaines et de rémunération globale.
- Support the Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Specialist to ensure bi-weekly payroll administration services are processed in a timely and accurate manner; ensuring compliance with policies, standards, collective agreements, and regulatory requirements;
- Act as a liaison for the business and P&C team in using HRConnect technology & analytics to support with improving P&C, with the goal to increase effectiveness and productivity;
- Review and implement required changes associated with new releases and enhancements of the HR System. Support with communicating out any impacts the changes may have to the business and team members and provide training as required;
- Provide ongoing support for stabilization and refinement of all modules within HRConnect, including integration support and testing (both within HRConnect and externally to other systems);
- Administer system changes to ensure adherence to policy and guidelines, protection of team member privacy, and accuracy of data;
- Collaborate with the P&C team to understand what needs are required surrounding HRConnect technology and data reporting;
- Maintain the administration of work schedules within HRConnect, working with business leaders to confirm schedules are established in the system to ensure accuracy of pay while gaining efficiencies in the administration of work schedules;
- Provide input into the design and development of future people programs, to ensure the design of any future programs aligns efficiently with the use of our HRIS current systems and technology;

- Réviser et mettre en œuvre les changements nécessaires associés aux nouvelles versions et aux améliorations du système RH. Contribuer à la communication de toute incidence que peuvent avoir les changements sur l’entreprise et les membres de l’équipe et proposer une formation, selon les besoins.
- Contribuer activement à la stabilisation et à l’amélioration de tous les modules de HRConnect, notamment en ce qui concerne l’intégration et les essais (du système HRConnect et des autres systèmes).
- Gérer les modifications du système afin d’assurer le respect de la politique et des lignes directrices, la protection de la vie privée des membres de l’équipe et l’exactitude des données.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe RH et C pour comprendre les besoins en matière de technologie HRConnect et de rapports de données.
- En collaboration avec les responsables de l’entreprise, gérer l’administration des horaires de travail dans HRConnect pour vérifier la validité des horaires dans le système et garantir l’exactitude des paies tout en améliorant l’efficacité de l’administration des horaires de travail.
