We are looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to oversee and coordinate all office management activities as well as provide administrative support to the senior management team.

As Executive Assistant & Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Keeps inventory and orders general office supplies as needed including (but not limited to) coffee, water cooler, pest control and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate all office management activities including but not limited to directing vendors while onsite, maintaining office supplies and equipment and facility requests.
- Manage priorities such as travel arrangements and expenses for the senior management team.
- Schedules appointments and meetings, screens telephone calls, maintains confidential records, prepares reports, and initiaties and answers correspondence on behalf of President.
- Assists in researching and gathering background materials and preparing documents/notes/presentations for President as required.
- Support the coordination of all Management-hosted corporate events and meetings including hotel bookings, dinner reservations, special activities, etc.
- Contributes to team effort to demonstrate teamwork.
- Key contributor to facilitate corporate events and culture activities.
- Identifies best practices and procedures in office administration and programs and implements changes.
- Complies with all company policies and adheres to health & safety rules and regulations.
- Supports special projects as assigned.
Periodically performs other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications: _
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Post secondary education in related field required Minimum three years' progressively responsible administrative experience with an emphasis on determining priorities and organizing activities of a dynamic work environment
- Excellent skills in customer service, communication, teamwork, initiative, self-management, accountability and flexibility/adaptability
- Demonstrated experience in organizing meetings; including preparation of agendas, taking minutes, documentation and circulation of documents with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of general office management procedures and best practices
