**Position Overview**

Your success in this role will come from creating strong working relationships with the Region, Division, and District team members and communicating in a timely and effective manner.

**Job Duties**- Support the branch or division with all recruitment tasks:
- Included but not limited to:
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.-
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.-
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.-
- Coordinating and attending local career fairs-
- Supporting recruitment team members with the Indeed, LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter-
- Work on various Talent/Recruitment projects that will be rolled out globally.-
- Utilize all kinds of hiring reports/dashboards, and other tools and data to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and analyze results-
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting.-
- Keep close communication and cooperation with business departments to ensure recruitment activities are carried out smoothly.- Build relationships with institutions and third-party vendors.

**Qualif**ications**
- 1+ year in a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role- Strong experience sourcing, particularly using Indeed, LinkedIn and other social media platforms- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ; Google Drive
- Docs, Forms, Spreadsheets.,- Experience recruiting for entry level roles, especially in Restoration is an asset.- Construction / Restoration / Insurance experience an asset- Quick learner, detail oriented and self-motivated- Demonstrates the importance in personal professional presentation- Experience using office equipment (telephone, copiers, scanners, fax, printers, etc.)- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR’s vehicle policy : Full G License 3 years minimum is an asset.- Ability to work within a team or independently as needed- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Bilingual: French/English is an asset- Willing to work evenings and weekends when requested- Proven ability to multitask in a fast paced environment- Periodic traveling may be required

**Physical Demands**
- Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 35-65% of the time)- Occasional lifting from 41 lbs +, assisted (up to 50% of the time)- Access and mobility in tight spaces
- Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
