**About Us**:
The Western English Language Centre (WELC) develops and delivers a range of English language programs that support international student success and contribute to the internationalization goals of the university.

**Responsibilities**:

- Please note: this position is expected to be filled by internal reappointment._
- Assist the recruitment effort for WELC for pathway admissions to undergraduate and graduate programs by creating and sending digital communications to applicants and registrants
- Create communication plans for each target market (undergraduate, graduate studies), and track their impact to best assist admissions and enrollment processes for prospective WELC students
- Lead English Boost Program efforts as key point of contact by increasing touchpoints with prospective registrants
- Work with other departments at Western University to ensure students receive consistent information regarding deadlines, payments, housing etc.
- Develop posts for WELC social media platforms
- Assist with minor revisions and maintenance of WELC website and ensure that WELC information is correct on all Western University’s web pages
- Design and utilize webinars as a primary tool to reach a large, diverse markets of international students
- Attend recruitment events as required
- Other duties as assigned
