Our client is an established Company located in **Vieux Montreal** and is currently seeking a highly motivated, versatile, professional, and organized **Bilingual Secretary** with experience in real estate to join their team.

**Job Type**:
- Full-time 9 to 5 pm
- Salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Permanent
- Social benefits after 3 months of employment.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
Experience in the Real State industry:
Administrative support
Customer service skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with customers and clients. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Fluent in French and English tipping and writing
Others
- Invoicing and payroll
**Formation et Qualifications**:
- High School or equivalent (Desired)
- Must be fully Bilingual (French and English)
- Must know Microsoft _**(Excel, Word, Office).**_
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Must possess a positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
