**Job Brief**:
**Job Role**:
Our admin support is the first point of contact in our office from clients, to realtors to service professionals. They provide administrative support to management and sales team members.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance of files
- Data Entry and Input into MLS systems and back office software
- Maintain contact lists
- Perform administration requests from management as well as sales teams
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, _Virtual Assistant_ or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and phone systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word )
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIN
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Knowledge of the real estate industry such as compliance, by-laws, forms and documents would be an asset
- Knowledge of real estate back office systems such as LoneWolf, Itsorealestate and Broker Bay would be an asset
**Salary**: $18.00-$24.45 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
