Office Admin Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Manage billing and invoicing processes.
- Perform order entry and ensure accuracy across multiple platforms.
- Handle account reconciliation and ensure records are up to date.
- Assist in processing payments, managing receivables, and verifying transactions.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper flow of information.
- Maintain organized records of financial and administrative tasks for easy reference and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of administrative reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze & suggest improvements to existing systems and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Education or experience in administrative roles preferred.
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or reconciliation is an asset.
- Proficient in Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Familiar with administrative systems and practices.
- Access to reliable transportation; this is an in-office position.
