**Executive Administrative Support - Sales Team**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in the creation and editing of sales presentations, reports, and proposals, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Organize and maintain sales-related databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
- Support the planning and execution of sales events, meeting preparation, and event planning / coordination for the London branch, enhancing team collaboration and client engagement.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity, including Project/Rock management, and strategy implementation support.
- Provide onboarding/hiring support for the Sales Team, ensuring a smooth integration of new team members.
- Generate and present reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, offering valuable insights to inform decision-making.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the sales team and cross-functionally with other departments.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to facilitate the success of the leadership team.

**Desired Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in executive administrative support, particularly within a sales environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
