Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Domino's Pizza.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in administration, working closely with senior leaders to provide high-quality support and ensuring seamless operations across various functions.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Compile data, statistics, and information as required.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Book travel arrangements, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type, proofread, and edit correspondence, forms, and documents.
- Perform data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of administrative experience (can be combined with education).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Familiarity with electronic schedulers and email platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
