Sales Development Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting products in the market.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively position our products.
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully.
- Knowledge of business development strategies to expand market reach.
- Familiarity with market trends and the ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
