Sales Development Representative

Randstad Canada is seeking a Sales Representative to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in telephone sales, solid call center or B2B sales background, and bilingual skills in English and French.
This role offers a competitive salary of $48k + commission, along with a benefits package that includes dental, disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, and RRSPs. Additionally, the company provides a stimulating work environment, flexible weekday daytime work schedule, excellent development opportunities, and possibility of working from home with a hybrid formula.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, introducing new products, and renewing orders. They will also identify decision-makers among targeted prospects, contact potential customers by phone, prepare and send information packs/proposals, understand customer needs, and perform administrative tasks such as managing customer files.
Key qualifications for this role include telephone sales experience, solid call center or B2B sales experience, bilingualism (English-French), autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and resourcefulness. The work is done over the phone, so outgoing call experience is a must.
