We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project Management Team in Earth and Environment Department of CIMA+. This opportunity involves providing support to our technical team and project managers from proposal opportunity through to project delivery and closure. **Primary Responsibilities**
- Execute tasks spanning the entire project lifecycle in adherence to ISO-mandated procedures (including data entry, assisting project managers in project planning, etc.).
- Facilitate project meetings, draft meeting minutes, and ensure timely completion of action items.
- Prepare purchase orders, oversee procurement processes, and collaborate with subcontractors
- Conduct linguistic reviews and format technical and administrative project documents (such as letters, reports, quotations, specifications, technical memoranda, change directives, change orders, progress and final payment requests, CVs, project profiles, etc.).
- Produce a variety of follow-up reports and other documentation for both internal and external stakeholders (including clients, partners, etc.).
- Assist project managers with invoicing procedures and subsequent follow-up.
- Monitor deliverables, track equipment, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with quality system standards.
- Offer comprehensive support across various functions within the Earth and Environment Departement.

**Qualifications**
- A College Diploma in the field of Administration, Project Coordination or relevant fields.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a relevant field
- Advanced oral and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and organizational skills, autonomy, adaptability, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Fluency in French(asset)
- Experience with ISO standards (asset)
- Background in environmental/engineering consulting (asset)
