Reporting to the Project Manager, the **Project Coordinator** will organize and coordinate construction procurement and processes, ensuring they’re completed in a timely and efficient manner, allocating effort and resources as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Sponsors in tracking projects (10+), coordinating with multiple project managers.
- Update budgets and master schedules in conjunction with the project team.
- Set up meetings, take minutes (with action items and dates) and distribute,
- Help source and manage resources required (materials, equipment, etc.)
- Review and submit shop drawings and assemble drawings and packages for team review.
- Assist Project Managers in maintaining project documentation logs including permits, tenders and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with Property Management, Asset Management, Leasing on items as directed on behalf of the Project Sponsor
- Manage files, copy, and other administrative duties as directed.
- Create Purchase Orders
- Perform material takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Issue purchase orders, change orders, notices and RFIs
- Obtain and assemble project close-out documentation including as-builts drawings, manuals, warranties, etc.
- Follow up on deliverables by SLP leaders, staff, consultants, trades and provide information required for the deliverables to be met.
- Maintain strong client and vendor relations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in residential construction.
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil

Engineering or related discipline.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and procedures, materials, project management principles and HSE.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills.
- Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suit and project management software.
