The Project coordinator is primarily responsible to provide technical administrative support to the Senior Project Coordinator and the Project Managers overall project team. Extreme attention to details is required for this position along with strong communication and software, computer skills. Prior Electrical ICI experience would be a valuable asset.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Review and track and communicate project schedule to the project team.
- Develop project delivery schedule in conjunction with the project team.
- Assist in the preparing of shop drawings for submission.
- Troubleshoot and/or problem solve on a day-to-day any & all problem regarding project issues - materials, etc.
- Help with the coordination of projects - materials, supplies, electrical equipment, tools, and construction equipment to meet project deadlines.
- Assist in the purchase and release of all project related packages.
- Provide technical administrative support to the overall project team.
- Maintain all project files which include copies of PO’s, project related packages, invoices, schedule, and sub-contractor agreements.
- Correspond with general contractors and other firms during a project to provide or exchange project documents, maintains records of documents.
- Provide project specific support, such as panel legends and document control for large projects.
- Help senior project managers with various tasks such as updating schedules, verifying packing slips, making maintenance manuals, researching manufacture’s technical information, creating templates, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of two (2) years of electrical project administration or project coordination experience
- Certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant field from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience may be required.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Great organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to interpret electrical plans and specifications.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and other software such as Bluebeam (pdf editor software), Primavera P6 (scheduling software), Unifier (document control software)
