Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking employee training activities
- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely distribution of paychecks
- Manage the HR department's phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Provide clerical support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks related to HR initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software to manage HR-related expenses and track departmental spending
- Support the HR team in various human resources functions, such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a human resources role or similar administrative position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Experience supervising or managing a team is a plus
